The photographs were made a gift to the Library by Rebecca L. Yokum of the Jackson Davis Project, Special Collections Department, University of Virginia Library, Charlottesville, Virginia, on October 28, 1999.
Scope and Content Information
This collection consists of six photographs of school buildings originally photographed by Jackson Davis as field agent for the General Education Board. Photographs include the Amherst Indian Mission School and Chapel in Amherst County, Virginia.
